Payment and Refund Policy
Last updated: 19 September 2026
Scope of the Policy and the Products or Services It Covers
This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Course A, a professional resource dedicated to studio production in motion. It covers studio equipment setup, dynamic camera operation, lighting and sound waves, and creating smooth high-quality workflows for television news and live shows. The policy governs access to digital materials, video modules, downloadable guides and any related subscription services offered by flashfronty. It applies to all customers located in the United Kingdom who purchase through our commercial website. The policy does not cover third-party products or services obtained outside our platform. All references to services include both one-time purchases and recurring access plans.
Prices, Currencies, Taxes and Any Additional Charges
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Prices include value added tax at the prevailing UK rate where applicable. Additional charges may arise for optional extras such as extended access periods or premium support sessions. These charges are clearly shown at checkout before payment is authorised. flashfronty reserves the right to adjust prices for new purchases; existing customers are notified of any changes to recurring subscriptions at least 30 days in advance. No hidden fees are applied after purchase confirmation.
Accepted Payment Methods, Payment Authorisation and Payment Security
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal and bank transfers for business accounts. Payment is authorised at the time of order placement. All transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways that comply with PCI DSS standards. flashfronty does not store full card details. Authorisation may be declined due to insufficient funds, incorrect details or suspected fraud. In such cases customers receive immediate notification and are invited to retry with alternative details. Security measures include encryption and fraud detection tools required under UK GDPR and the Payment Services Regulations.
Order, Booking or Service Confirmation and When a Contract Is Formed
A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email after successful payment. This email summarises the purchased items, access credentials and applicable terms. Until confirmation is issued no contract exists and no payment is taken. For subscription services the contract renews automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the terms below. Customers should retain the confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Cancellation Rights and Applicable Cancellation Periods
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of contract formation during which you may cancel without giving a reason. For digital content the right to cancel ends once download or streaming begins if you have given prior express consent and acknowledged that this waives the cooling-off right. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the contact form on the Contacts page or by emailing [email protected]. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 14 days of cancellation.
Refund Eligibility, Exclusions and Non-Refundable Items or Services
Refunds are available for unused digital access within the cooling-off period or where services are not provided as described. Non-refundable items include completed modules once accessed, promotional bundles already redeemed and any customised training materials. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but refunds are limited to the unused portion after the cooling-off period only in cases of material breach by flashfronty. Eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
The Step-by-Step Procedure and Information Required to Request a Refund
To request a refund please contact us using the contact form on the Contacts page or email [email protected]. Include your order number, full name, contact details and a clear statement of the reason for the request. Provide any supporting evidence such as screenshots of access issues. Requests must be made within the applicable time limits. Incomplete requests will be returned for additional information.
Inspection, Approval, Rejection and Notification of the Refund Decision
Upon receipt of a complete request flashfronty will inspect the claim within 10 working days. You will be notified of approval or rejection by email to the address provided at purchase. If rejected the email will explain the reasons and any options for appeal. Approved refunds are authorised immediately after the decision.
Refund Method, Processing Time and When Funds Should Reach the Customer
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit or debit card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 working days depending on the card issuer. PayPal refunds are usually credited within 3 to 5 working days. Bank transfers may take up to 10 working days. flashfronty is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors or banks. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Special Rules for Digital Content, Subscriptions, Services or Promotional Offers
Digital content such as video modules becomes non-returnable once streaming or download commences with your consent. Subscriptions continue until cancelled; partial refunds after the cooling-off period are provided only where access has been materially disrupted. Promotional offers are subject to their own terms stated at purchase and are generally non-refundable once redeemed. Recurring payments can be cancelled at any time to prevent future billing.
Failed Payments, Duplicate Charges, Chargebacks and Suspected Fraud
Failed payments result in immediate suspension of access until resolved. Duplicate charges are investigated and refunded automatically where verified. Chargebacks are treated as disputes and may lead to temporary account suspension pending resolution. Suspected fraudulent activity triggers enhanced verification and possible referral to law enforcement under the Fraud Act 2006. Customers must notify flashfronty promptly of any unauthorised transactions.
Mandatory Consumer Rights in the United Kingdom That the Policy Cannot Exclude
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. These rights include remedies for faulty digital content and the right to receive services with reasonable care and skill. Any term that attempts to exclude these rights is void.
Contact Route, Policy Changes and Last-Updated Date

Material changes will be notified by email or prominent notice on the website at least 30 days before they take effect. The current version always supersedes previous versions.
